Right River was created as an answer to frustrations felt by both clients and technical staff witnessed frequently in the IT industry in previous years, as a result we offer:

Tickbox Low-risk iterative approach Thumbs up

Traditionally, many IT projects have used the waterfall model for their delivery. However, it seems that the more complex and larger the project is, the higher the chance of failure is. We prefer to take a more iterative approach and receive client feedback at structured milestones in the development. This allows us to move forward as a much more agile collaboration.

Tickbox Pay per milestone pricing

Coins

Understandably, clients are nervous about committing to paying a large deposit up front and being tied into delivery by a company they’ve never worked with before. This is why Right River gives our clients the opportunity to spread the risk of their project by agreeing smaller payments as project milestones are reached. As well as reducing your risk, it can help you to plan your cashflow more effectively.

Tickbox No yes-men here

No Salesmen

Too many companies employ salesmen with silver tongues and little technical knowledge that are only interested in closing a sale and getting their commission. Inevitably, this means that they exclaim “Yes!” to all the clients’ questions and requirements until a deal is struck. The technical team are given the project work and told to complete it in an extremely tight or unrealistic deadline due to the salesman’s poor estimates. This puts your project under pressure for delivery and means that corners may be cut or insufficient time spent on critical early design phases. At Right River, we don’t employ any yes-men and the person you discuss your project is likely to be the person leading your project.
